Two Way Tables
Two way tables can be used to display statistics for data collected from two or more categories.
For example, a Year 10 student may want to conduct an investigation in his / her form class as to how many students own an X Box, and how many own a PlayStation. The student may or may not wish to consider those who own both, or neither, but can include facility in their data collection method to accommodate this if necessary.
Q. A student wants to test a theory that people who watch lots of television don't really spend much time on computer gaming or social media sites. Design a suitable table that could be used to collect data to support or deny this theory.
